Registration Payment: Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form. Complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by September 4 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Please note: NAHRO secures arrangements and assumes contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers; NAHRO therefore is not able to grant refunds after September 4, nor allow for credits toward future events. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.
Hotel Reservation Policy: Register first…then reserve your room! Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the discounted NAHRO room block. To access the NAHRO room block, attendees must make reservations online through the weblink provided in the conference registration confirmation email. No phone reservations will be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through September 4 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out (whichever comes first.) Please note: Within the NAHRO room block, registered attendees are eligible for (1) hotel room only in their name, so that all attendees are best able to access a room. Multiple reservations under the same name and any reservation without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled without notice.
