Below are the requirements to recertify. These may be completed in any order, but all must be completed and appear on your NAHRO transcript prior to application submission. If any requirements are not currently on your transcript, your application will be denied. Please be sure to submit a complete and accurate application.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Completion of 0.5 CEUs.

CEUs must be completed after the issue date of my current certification and must have been completed within the past 3 years.

Ethics Training

Completion of NAHRO's Ethics for Housers, Ethics for Housing Professionals, OR Ethics for Management training.

Ethics for Housers must be completed after the issue date of your current certification, and must have been completed within the past 3 years.

Original Certification

You must already have a NAHRO C-PHM certification.

Your certification must be currently active or have expired fewer than six (6) months ago.

Your application will be processed within 2-4 weeks. NAHRO may contact you via email if questions arise.
