Prerequisite Information

In order to take this exam, you must complete our LIHTC Essentials Training.

Certification Information

This exam is a requirement for NAHRO's Certified Specialist of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (CS-LIHTC) Certification.

The certification will be automatically issued upon completion of the exam with a passing score. Recertification will be required every three years.
